Fab'RH Savoie (Device carried by the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Entreprise agency) in conjunction with the CPME Savoie offers an online workshop on innovative practices in terms of visibility, sourcing and selection. In short, Régis Gautheron (Responsible for the Fab'RH Savoie system) will offer us a range of tools and methods drawn from the "Recrut Place" by Fab'RH Savoie. These methods and tools are accessible to all sizes of companies regardless of their sector of activity. Tools and methods that we do not always think of to recruit differently.
How to be visible otherwise? (Posting, signage, branding, ad sites, career space, job aggregator, etc.)
How to source otherwise? (Geiqs, SIAEs, job partners, online CV databases, trade fairs, social networks, etc.)
